1. Board of Supervisors - Approve the minutes of the Regular Board of Supervisors meeting of October 18, 2023.
2. Board of Supervisors - Ratify the following action previously taken by the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors: On February 19, 2020, the Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to enter into a settlement agreement with Global Community Communications Alliance to resolve litigation that had been filed by Global Community Communications Alliance against Yavapai County in Case No. V1300CV201980189. Approval of this item would have the effect of the County ratifying, formally approving and entering into the settlement agreement and resolving the litigation referenced above. The public may obtain a detailed written description of the action to be ratified and a copy of the settlement agreement previously approved by the Board from the office of the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors, located at 1015 Fair Street, Room 310, in Prescott, Arizona, 86305.
3. Board of Supervisors - Approve an option for County Supervisors to receive a vehicle allowance of $800.00 per month, in lieu of assignment of a county-owned vehicle for their business purposes, a vehicle allowance for the County Manager for the same amount, and authorize the County Manager to amend Finance Policy 2.0 (Travel) as necessary, consistent with this action.
4. Board of Supervisors - Approve the School District Boundary Report submitted by the School Superintendent and declaring the boundaries therein to be the legal boundaries and descriptions of the school district within the County.
5. Board of Supervisors - Approve declaration of vacancies and appointments of precinct committeemen as recommended by the Yavapai County Republican Party, all as evidenced in Board Memorandum No. 2023-20.

Approval of this item would have the effect of the County ratifying, formally approving and entering into the settlement agreement and resolving the litigation referenced above. Approval of this item would have the effect of the County ratifying, formally approving and entering into the settlement agreement and resolving the litigation referenced above.
